The Fives Residences - Playa del Carmen

The Fives Has Been the Most Successful Real Estate Development in the Mayan Riviera.

The Fives has sold over 120 full ownership condos, has had over 25 mortgages approved for their clients, has won numerous awards for top quality construction and service and is also experiencing very high occupancy rates. The project is fully complete and operational. There are over 300 staff on duty with top quality service managers in each division. The Fives has been an overall great success and continues to get better each month.

The Fives Awarded

On October 1st the second Bienal Awards Ceremony took place, held by the Mayan Riviera Quintana Roo Architects Association.

The Fives, won the award for best multifamily housing Development and was highly commended for the overall concept and the architectural design.

Two New Restaurants

The Fives will have two new specialty restaurants.
The Oriola Beach Grill, had the opening launch Party last Saturday, October 8th, 2011.
The Fives New Italian Restaurant Arezzo, will open on December 1st, 2011.

These two new restaurants we will be available to all guests and owners, which will allow higher dining capacity in the resort. This will add a lot of value to the overall project.

From December 1st The Fives will have six restaurants (Flavors, Sea Olive, Tzuki, Senses, Oriola and Arezzo), Two Snack Bars (Palmas and Lizzards) and four pool bars (Rainbow, Breeze, Palmas and Lizzards).

The construction of these two new restaurants has been totally financed by The Fives developer TM Real Estate Group, as the company never uses outside financing for any of their projects.

These new restaurants give a lot of extra value to the resort, making The Fives much more competitive in the hotel business.

Weddings at The Fives

Since The Fives has opened there have been over 80 weddings in the resort. The weddings have been a great success with many happy guests from all over the world.

The Fives Vassa Spa is one of the largest and most respected spas in the Mayan Riviera. With over 20,000 Sq.Ft. the state of the art facility has many different Spa rooms, gym, jacuzzis, saunas, steam rooms, bridal rooms, yoga rooms, beauty and hair salon, health bar and much more.

The Fives is located between two of the Countries top Golf Courses. Both courses are complete and all 18 holes fully operational. The Fives has signed a special agreement with the course so all owners can enjoy the beautiful facilities.

The Fives has their hotel brand, Azul Fives being advertised with many travel companies. Such as, Expedia, West Jet Vacations, Air Canada Vacations, Orbitz and many more. The Fives has already experienced 100% occupancy rates.
