Limited Partners receive 10% preferred return on 30% of their equity + 30% of their investment upon building completion.
Limited Partners receive 80% of the profit share
The General Partner is not charging fees – compensation is 20% share of the profit.
Minimum investment is $25,000 CAD and is available to accredited investors. Subscriptions are based on a first come, first serve basis.
